Hudson River Fruit Distributors, a farm partner of Heritage, has over 150 acres of apple orchards in Milton & Pleasant Valley, NY. Founded in 1963 by Harold and Isadore Albinder, the company is now in its fourth generation and has grown to be recognized as one of the most prominent grower/packer/shippers of eastern apples in New York State. All apples at the restaurant will come exclusively from their orchards.
