Chef Frank Camey got his start in many local pizzerias which is where he began to have a passion for food. Realizing this, he enrolled in the Culinary Institute of America and received his Bachelor's in Culinary Arts in 2006. Upon graduating he moved down to Destin, Florida where he was eventually promoted to Beverage Manager at Finz Restaurant in San Destin Golf & Beach Resort. Afterwards, he traveled to Las Vegas where he worked at the Ritz-Carlton in Lake Las Vegas and the Paris Hotel & Casino as an assistant General Manager for various food and beverage outlets. After a few years of working in the front of house, he decided to leave and fully immerse himself in the kitchen, his true passion.

He returned to his hometown of Wappingers Falls and helped open up Brasserie 292 & Millhouse Brewing Company as the executive sous chef. Looking to further his career and take on an executive chef position, Frank joined the opening team at Heritage Food + drink. Frank designed the kitchen, constructed the opening menu & developed the entire team. His operational expertise in high volume restaurants has played a key role in the restaurants success. On busy nights, frank successfully executes meals for 700+ people. In 2019, Frank was named the “Best Chef” in the Hudson Valley by Hudson Valley magazine. In 2020, frank was featured on Food Networks “Chopped”.

Chef Frank Camey has two passions, food and family. He is married to his beautiful wife Kimberly Camey and together they have a 5 year old fire cracker of a daughter, Angelina Camey.
